Hot Isostatic Pressing

OAM excels in employing HIP as a powder metallurgy consolidation technique, and is one of the largest users of this technique for target production in the world. For large area coating, display, and data storage, OAM has a weekly schedule of HIP runs from sizes as little as 5 kgs to producing ingots >1,000 kgs. HIP cans are prepared and stocked at either our USA or Malaysia for fast response. Common materials such as Chromium for multiple markets, complex data storage alloys containing up to 5 components, PV aloys, WTi and AlSi are handled as regular production runs.
